Kathy has walked the walk from driving an F350 flatbed and learning to reverse trailers, to building a business from the ground up through persistence and pride. Her background is rich with technical knowledge, but it’s her genuine love of people and the outdoors that clients notice most.
As a female-led company in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Kathy has forged her own path with strength, grace, and good humor. Clients often say she brings a fresh perspective, and it’s not uncommon to see her chatting with other local landscapers—supporting the community, not competing against it.

When she’s not managing landscapes, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband and their extended families.
She fosters dogs through Hillsborough County Pet Resources Foundation, and loves cheering on the Lightning and Bucs.
Her guilty pleasures? Netflix binges, fashion blogs, tacos, pizza, mojitos, and her own home herb and vegetable garden.
